Authorization is explicit. Scope and outcomes stay separate.

These terms govern use of the website and private account-connection workflow. Paid strategy, advertising or implementation work requires a separate written agreement.

Using the website

You may use the public website for legitimate business evaluation and enquiries. Do not interfere with the service, probe private routes without permission, automate abusive requests or misrepresent another person or organization.

Authority to connect an account

You confirm that you own the account or have authority from its owner to grant access.
A one-time invitation may be used only for the intended organization and must not be forwarded publicly.
You must review Google's consent screen and the account selected before confirming the connection.
Authorization does not by itself approve campaign changes, spending, billing or a managed-service engagement.

Scope, approvals and account ownership

Bali Web Partner may access or change Google Ads data only within the separately agreed scope and approval process. Client-owned accounts, billing relationships and platform obligations remain with the account owner unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Google's OAuth scope can technically permit broad Google Ads actions. Operational permission is narrower: no campaign mutation, new spend or destructive action is authorized merely because the connection exists.

Third-party platforms

Google Ads, Google OAuth and other connected platforms are third-party services governed by their own terms, policies, availability and review decisions. Bali Web Partner cannot guarantee that Google will approve, retain or restore API access.

Fees, advertising spend and subscriptions

The connection workflow does not include advertising spend, platform fees, taxes or subscriptions. Commercial fees, budgets and payment authority must be stated in a separate written agreement.

No outcome guarantee

No ranking, traffic, impression, click, lead, revenue, conversion, approval or account-recovery result is guaranteed. Evidence and reporting describe the named source, period and limits rather than promising a future outcome.

Suspension, disconnection and deletion

Access may be suspended when authority is uncertain, security is at risk, platform rules change, payment or contract terms are breached, or continued operation could harm an account. The account owner may disconnect or request deletion at any time, subject to reasonable identity and authority checks.

Liability and written agreements

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and invitation workflow are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Any liability allocation, governing law, service levels and remedies for paid work are defined in the signed agreement, not inferred from this page.
