Data deletion
Revoke access first. Remove the stored connection when you choose.
Disconnecting and deleting are separate controls: disconnection removes the usable Google token; deletion also removes the stored account labels and active browser sessions.

Use the private connection page
- Open the one-time connection page in the same browser used to authorize Google.
- Choose Disconnect to revoke Google authorization and remove the encrypted refresh token.
- Choose Delete connection data and confirm the acknowledgement to remove stored account names, IDs and active connection sessions.

Revoke directly with Google
You can remove Bali Web Partner Ads Manager from the third-party connections section of your Google Account. Google controls how quickly that revocation propagates across its systems.

Request help or delete other personal data
If the private browser session expired, or you want enquiry or project data reviewed, use the contact page and identify the request as data deletion. Include enough non-sensitive context to identify the account or enquiry. Do not send passwords, refresh tokens or developer tokens.
We may verify identity and authority before changing or deleting account-related records. We act without unreasonable delay, subject to security, contractual, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations.

What deletion does not do
- It does not delete the Google Ads account, campaigns, billing profile or data held by Google.
- It does not reverse work already carried out with valid approval.
- A minimal non-identifying deletion event may remain to show that the request was completed.
