The main drivers are content and page scope, languages, design depth, integrations, data/backend needs, migration/SEO risk, asset production, and feedback speed.

Preview is not production.
A successful build or preview never implies permission to change production DNS. The exact release receives explicit approval.

Pricing
The price floor is being set.
No invented starting price will be published before the service scope and qualification model are approved.
