Services for visibility, customer action and operations

Start with the system customers need to find, trust or use.

Website packages remain the primary public offer. AI Products & Integrations cover useful features, workflows and new products, while Corporate Social supports the wider online presence as a secondary service.

Clear product · buyer benefit · owned result

Choose by the change you need

Buy a useful business outcome—not a pile of deliverables.

The right service should make something important easier: attracting the right customer, explaining the offer, publishing consistently or removing repeated manual work. The technical plan supports that change; it is not the product story.

  • A recognisable product and customer benefit
  • A scope matched to the real business constraint
  • Accounts, source and data the business can control

Website systems

A website that helps people find you, understand you and act.

Turn the offer into a fast, credible customer journey—from the search result to an enquiry, booking or purchase—while keeping the website manageable and owned.

  1. 01Find
  2. 02Understand
  3. 03Act
  4. 04Measure

Your website should make the business easier to discover, the offer easier to choose and the next step easier to complete. That means useful content, confident design, fast mobile delivery and a measurable route to action.

A focused business website covers positioning, search visibility and customer action. Ecommerce adds the catalogue and buying operation. AI is included only when it improves discovery, support or a real workflow with clear data and privacy boundaries.

Choose the website product that fits the business

01

Marketing + informational

Focused service, hospitality, property, wellness and corporate websites with clear content, multilingual routes where scoped, search foundations and useful enquiry paths.

02

Ecommerce

Custom-scoped catalogues and stores with the right product model, checkout, payment, shipping, tax, inventory and operational integrations defined before the build begins.

03

AI integrations

Practical AI-assisted search, support, content or internal workflows connected to approved models and data sources—not an unexplained chatbot added for effect.

What the finished website can give you

  • Commercial and content architecture
  • Custom responsive interface design
  • Technical and on-page SEO foundations
  • Performance, accessibility and browser QA
  • Analytics events and funnel mapping
  • Content, product and operational integrations
  • Versioned source and a documented release path

What it can connect to

  • Booking and reservation systems
  • CRM, email and WhatsApp journeys
  • Payments, product data and fulfilment tools
  • Google, Meta and agreed analytics platforms
  • Approved AI models, APIs and knowledge sources

AI Products & Integrations

Build a useful AI product around a real job and clear human control.

Start with the smallest useful version of a feature, workflow or product, then test the quality, risk and operating boundary before the build expands.

  1. 01Frame
  2. 02Test
  3. 03Build
  4. 04Control

An AI integration can improve search, document work, support, triage or another defined task inside an existing product. A new AI product can serve customers or internal teams when the user, approved data and human decision points are clear.

Conventional applications, portals and operational tools remain within this service. The product and workflow determine whether AI belongs in the solution; it is never added simply to make the scope sound more advanced.

Four useful starting needs

01

AI visibility + existing-product features

Make a website easier for AI systems to interpret, or add a bounded search, assistance, summarisation or recommendation feature to a product people already use.

02

Workflows + agents with review

Support repeated research, document, service or operations work with approved sources, logged decisions, human checkpoints and a clear fallback.

03

New products + conventional software

Build an AI-native MVP, customer product, portal, mobile application or operational tool around the smallest release that performs a useful job.

What the engagement can include

  • Paid AI Product Blueprint and release scoping
  • User journeys, prototypes and interface systems
  • Application, data and integration architecture
  • Authentication, payments and service integrations
  • Evaluation sets, guardrails and human fallbacks
  • Device, accessibility, monitoring and workflow QA
  • Release support, source and technical handover

Common product and integration foundations

  • Customer accounts and permissions
  • Cloud data, files and background workflows
  • Business systems and third-party APIs
  • Payments, notifications and subscriptions
  • Approved models and data with human review points

Secondary online-presence service

Support the website and launches with a consistent corporate voice.

Extend the core website offer with a clear voice, a repeatable publishing rhythm and launch content that keeps the business recognisable across the channels that matter.

  1. 01Plan
  2. 02Approve
  3. 03Publish
  4. 04Learn

A useful social presence keeps the business recognisable before someone is ready to buy. Clear channel roles, repeatable themes and approved content reduce last-minute posting and inconsistent messages.

The result is structured corporate communication that explains the offer, supports launches and gives the team reusable assets. Reporting guides the next content decision without pretending platform activity is a guaranteed business outcome.

What the social system can solve

01

Channel foundation

Profile positioning, channel roles, brand voice, content pillars, visual templates and an approval workflow that gives every account a clear job.

02

Editorial management

Content planning, platform-aware copy, corporate graphic posts, stakeholder review, scheduling and publishing to the channels named in the scope.

03

Review + refinement

A practical record of output and platform signals, followed by recommendations for the next cycle. Reporting depth and cadence are agreed before work starts.

What the business receives

  • Channel strategy and profile refinement
  • Corporate voice and message hierarchy
  • Content pillars and editorial calendar
  • Copywriting and designed static posts
  • Approval, scheduling and publishing workflow
  • Reusable branded templates
  • Channel reporting and next-cycle recommendations

Available channels

  • Facebook business presence
  • Instagram company content
  • X announcements and point of view
  • LinkedIn company-page content

Extend the offer only when it helps

Use AI for a real product or workflow; add Corporate Social when it strengthens the online presence.

The website usually carries the core offer. An AI product should perform a useful job, while Corporate Social should support reach and message consistency.

Clarity from first decision to handover

Know what will change, what it costs and what you will own.

The details vary by product, but the buyer should always get the same clarity: the problem being solved, the smallest useful scope, a real working result and an owned handover.

  1. 01 / Find

    Identify the constraint worth solving.

Understand the customer, current system and business reason so the investment targets a real problem.

  2. 02 / Choose

Select the smallest valuable product and scope.

Make the product, customer benefit, responsibilities and commercial boundary easy to understand before work begins.

  3. 03 / Make

Build around real customers and operating conditions.

Use real content, data and workflows so the finished result works outside the presentation.

  4. 04 / Own

Launch with evidence and leave with control.

Test the important journeys, resolve in-scope findings and transfer the agreed accounts, source and documentation.

Start with the change you need—not the platform you think you need.

Tell us

  • The business change or user problem
  • Who needs to act and on which device or channel
  • Existing website, accounts, assets or workflow
  • Known integrations, deadlines and decision owners

You will get clarity on

  • The smallest credible first release
  • What belongs in this scope and what does not
  • Which platform and production approach fit
  • How review, acceptance and ownership will work

Questions to settle before choosing a track

Can we start with only one service?

Yes. Each track stands on its own. Connecting website, AI-product and Corporate Social work is useful only when it removes handoff friction or creates a clearer customer or operating journey.

Is ecommerce included in the public website packages?

Not automatically. Ecommerce is custom scoped because catalogue structure, payments, tax, shipping, inventory, fulfilment and existing systems change the work materially.

What counts as an AI integration?

A defined job connected to approved data and models: for example guided search, document assistance, summarisation, support triage or workflow automation. The proposal names the source, privacy boundary, human checkpoints and usage costs.

What does social media management include?

The exact channel and cadence are scoped, but the system can cover strategy, profile refinement, content pillars, calendar, copy, corporate static design, approvals, scheduling, publishing and reporting for Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.

Do you produce Reels, video or photography?

No. Bali Web Partner does not provide video-content production or photography. We can work with approved assets you supply, or define the handoff to a separately scoped production specialist.

Do you build for iOS, Android and macOS?

Yes. Conventional mobile, desktop, web and operational software remains within AI Products & Integrations. The technical approach is selected after the product, device capabilities, timeline, maintenance model and release requirements are understood.

Will we own the finished work?

Ownership, accounts, source, licences, platform access and handover artifacts are recorded in the proposal. Third-party software and services keep their own terms, but the business should not be trapped in an unexplained supplier account.

How are timeline and price set?

The named website packages apply only to their published scope. AI Product Blueprint starts from $2,000; Pilot Builds, Custom AI Product Builds and AI Product Care are quoted after the relevant workflow, data, integrations, review process and release risk are understood. Ecommerce and ongoing Corporate Social remain separately scoped.

Choose the product that removes the biggest constraint
